Sometimes we travel thousands of kilometers in search of exotic landscapes, distant beaches, or corners that make us feel far from routine. However, there are days when I discover that Madrid can also feel tropical.
The light, the colors, the calm of certain spaces, and the way the body relaxes when we stop rushing create a feeling that is hard to explain. It is those moments when I am simply present, enjoying the place, the weather, and the experience of being alive.
After so many years traveling between Madrid, Zurich, Paris, and other cities, I have learned that luxury is not always in the destination. Sometimes it is in the way of living each moment. In stopping. In observing. In feeling.
